If you checked out as a guest, please fill out the information at the bottom of this page and a customer service specialist will assist you within 24 hours. As a guest, you may view your Guest checkout order and print out your invoice by clicking this link. You will need your order ID which you will find in the order confirmation email sent to the email address you used to place the order. We are here Monday-Friday, 9am to 10pm ET and until 5pm on Saturdays. It is best to let us know about a cancellation as quickly as possible to avoid incurring additional delivery expenses.

Want a Simple Return?

Simple returns occur when the product is unopened and undamaged. Should the product have been opened, be certain to tell the Products Direct customer service representative who is assisting you with the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) so they can help you with the proper steps to ensure you get the maximum refund.

What is required?

To return an item, it must not have been assembled or installed. The product must be returned undamaged in its entirety in the same condition you received it, with all boxes and packing material included. All returns are subject to inspection prior to refunding or replacement.

Please provide us with a detailed description of what is wrong with the product. You may also upload images using the form below. Or, you may attach them to an email using the address: Photos help us expedite your return/replacement.

Refunds will be made to the payment card that was initially used to make the purchase, within 7 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item(s).

Refund Policy

  • If goods have not been yet been shipped, we will refund you the full invoice amount within 7 business days.
  • If your goods have been shipped, but have not yet been delivered, we will refund your purchase price, less any direct expenses. For example if transport costs and/or handling costs were billed to Products Direct, we will deduct those costs from your payment before issuing your refund. Any goods which are shipped directly from the manufacturer may incur a manufacturer's re-stocking fee, for which you will also be responsible, and which will be deducted from the purchase price before your refund is calculated and issued.
  • If you have taken delivery of your products you must return the products to us at your own expense following our returns procedure. We will then refund the order in full within 7 business days of receipt and inspection of the items, less any shipping/handling expenses (direct expenses) we may have incurred in fulfilling the original agreement. Direct expenses include any delivery costs Products Direct has to pay to get the product to you and any costs that may be charged for the return by the shipper(s) and/or manufacturer(s). Even if we offered FREE Delivery to you when you made your purchase, we will still have paid our shipper(s). Deliveries are calculated by weight and delivery location. If you refuse delivery and/or cancel a purchase, all shipping and handling costs will be deducted from the purchase price prior to issuing the refund.
