Track Your Package

When is the tracking number released

We send packages from our warehouses or ship directly from the manufacturers if it can save money for our customers. When we ship from our warehouse, we deal directly with the shipping vendors to get your products to you. In this case, we assign the tracking number as soon as it is leaves our warehouse.

When we direct ship (from the manufacturer), there may be a delay of as much as 24 hours before we receive a tracking number and assign it to your order.

Within 8 hours of receiving tracking information, we email and/or SMS it to our customers (if opted into SMS notifications).

To check your order status and tracking information, log into your account and click on the Orders tab. You will find tracking information there. If it has been 48 hours and you do not see your tracking information, please reach out to us so that we can expedite your order. You may reach us by:
